to register

simple and fully online

1

Fill in your details

First, enter your company details. If you are already registered with the Chamber of Commerce, most of the information will be filled in automatically. If not, choose a legal form and fill in all the fields yourself.

2

Verify your identity

In this step, we verify the identity of the company owner. We do this through a simple iDeal payment of €0.01 using an account in this person's name.

3

Upload your passport

Next, we need a copy of your ID or passport (a driver's license is not accepted). You can easily upload this from your PC, or you can take a photo directly with your phone. We will verify the details on your ID using the verification from the previous step.

4

Do the UBO check

UBO stands for Ultimate Beneficial Owner. This is a natural person who, directly or indirectly, holds an interest of 25% or more in (the assets of) an organization. Usually, therefore, these are the 'owners'. We need to know who the UBO of the company is. You can demonstrate this using a Chamber of Commerce extract. If your company is not yet registered with the Chamber of Commerce, we will send you a UBO agreement by email.

5

Answer WWFT questions

According to the Wwft (law to prevent money laundering and financing of terrorism), extra information must be transmitted for all our clients on behalf of the Nederland Tax Authorities. For this we request that you answer these four questions to truth.

6

Pay

Once you have filled everything in, all you have to do is pay. Choose the subscription you want, and then you can pay directly with iDeal. We will also send you an agreement immediately that you can sign online.
